제78조(배달종사자에 대한 안전조치) 「전기통신사업법」 제2조제20호에 따른 이동통신단말장치로 물건의 수거ㆍ배달 등을 중개하는 자는 그 중개를 통하여 「자동차관리법」 제3조제1항제5호에 따른 이륜자동차로 물건을 수거ㆍ배달 등을 하는 사람의 산업재해 예방을 위하여 필요한 안전조치 및 보건조치를 하여야 한다. <개정 2020.5.26, 2025.1.21>
Translation
A person who mediates the collection and delivery of goods through a mobile communication terminal device as defined in Article 2(20) of the 「Telecommunications Business Act」 shall take necessary safety and health measures for the prevention of industrial accidents for persons who collect and deliver goods by means of a two-wheeled motor vehicle as defined in Article 3(1)(5) of the 「Automobile Management Act」 through such mediation. <Amended by Act No. 17350, May 26, 2020; Act No. XXXX, Jan. 21, 2025>
