제81조(기계ㆍ기구 등의 대여자 등의 조치) 대통령령으로 정하는 기계ㆍ기구ㆍ설비 또는 건축물 등을 타인에게 대여하거나 대여받는 자는 필요한 안전조치 및 보건조치를 하여야 한다.

A person who lends or borrows machinery, equipment, facilities, or buildings, etc. as prescribed by Presidential Decree shall take necessary safety and health measures.
