제91조 자율안전확인표시의 사용 금지 등

고용노동부장관은 제89조제1항 각 호 외의 부분 본문에 따라 신고된 자율안전확인대상기계등의 안전에 관한 성능이 자율안전기준에 맞지 아니하게 된 경우에는 같은 항 각 호 외의 부분 본문에 따라 신고한 자에게 6개월 이내의 기간을 정하여 자율안전확인표시의 사용을 금지하거나 자율안전기준에 맞게 시정하도록 명할 수 있다.
The Minister of Employment and Labor may, when the safety performance of machinery, etc. subject to self-safety confirmation that has been reported under the main sentence of the proviso to Article 89(1) no longer conforms to self-safety standards, order the person who reported it under the main sentence of the proviso to the same paragraph to prohibit the use of the self-safety confirmation mark for a period not exceeding 6 months or to correct it to conform to self-safety standards.
고용노동부장관은 제1항에 따라 자율안전확인표시의 사용을 금지하였을 때에는 그 사실을 관보 등에 공고하여야 한다.
When the Minister of Employment and Labor prohibits the use of the self-safety confirmation mark pursuant to paragraph ①, the Minister shall publicly announce the fact in the Official Gazette, etc.
제2항에 따른 공고의 내용, 방법 및 절차, 그 밖에 필요한 사항은 고용노동부령으로 정한다.
The content, method, and procedures of the public announcement under paragraph ②, and other necessary matters, shall be determined by the Ordinance of the Ministry of Employment and Labor.
