제94조 안전검사합격증명서 발급 등

고용노동부장관은 제93조제1항에 따라 안전검사에 합격한 사업주에게 고용노동부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 안전검사합격증명서를 발급하여야 한다.
The Minister of Employment and Labor shall issue a safety inspection certificate to an employer who has passed the safety inspection under Article 93(1), in accordance with the rules prescribed by the Ordinance of the Ministry of Employment and Labor.
제1항에 따라 안전검사합격증명서를 발급받은 사업주는 그 증명서를 안전검사대상기계등에 붙여야 한다. <개정 2020.5.26>
An employer who has received a safety inspection certificate under paragraph (1) shall affix the certificate to the machinery, etc. subject to safety inspection. <Amended by Act No. 17259, May 26, 2020>
