제97조(안전검사기관의 보고의무) 안전검사기관은 제95조 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 안전검사대상기계등을 발견하였을 때에는 이를 고용노동부장관에게 지체 없이 보고하여야 한다.
Translation
When a safety inspection agency discovers any machinery, etc. subject to safety inspection falling under any of the subparagraphs of Article 95, it shall report it to the Minister of Employment and Labor without delay.
