제43조 조정의 신청 등

개인정보와 관련한 분쟁의 조정을 원하는 자는 분쟁조정위원회에 분쟁조정을 신청할 수 있다.
A person who wishes to have a dispute related to personal information conciliated may apply for conciliation of the dispute to the Dispute Conciliation Committee.
분쟁조정위원회는 당사자 일방으로부터 분쟁조정 신청을 받았을 때에는 그 신청내용을 상대방에게 알려야 한다.
When the Dispute Conciliation Committee receives an application for conciliation from one of the parties, it shall notify the other party of the contents of the application.
개인정보처리자가 제2항에 따른 분쟁조정의 통지를 받은 경우에는 특별한 사유가 없으면 분쟁조정에 응하여야 한다. <개정 2023.3.14>
If a personal information processor receives a notification of conciliation under paragraph ②, they shall respond to the conciliation unless there are special grounds. <Amended by Act No. 17951, Mar. 14, 2023>
