단체소송의 소는 피고의 주된 사무소 또는 영업소가 있는 곳, 주된 사무소나 영업소가 없는 경우에는 주된 업무담당자의 주소가 있는 곳의 지방법원 본원 합의부의 관할에 전속한다.
The exclusive jurisdiction over a suit concerning a collective body shall be vested in the collegiate court of the district court at the location of the defendant's principal office or place of business, or if there is no principal office or place of business, at the domicile of the person in charge of the principal duties.
제1항을 외국사업자에 적용하는 경우 대한민국에 있는 이들의 주된 사무소ㆍ영업소 또는 업무담당자의 주소에 따라 정한다.
When applying paragraph ① to foreign entities, jurisdiction shall be determined according to their principal office, place of business, or the domicile of the person in charge of their principal duties within the Republic of Korea.
