제19조(지가 동향의 조사) 국토교통부장관이나 시ㆍ도지사는 토지거래허가 제도를 실시하거나 그 밖에 토지정책을 수행하기 위한 자료를 수집하기 위하여 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 지가의 동향과 토지거래의 상황을 조사하여야 하며, 관계 행정기관이나 그 밖의 필요한 기관에 이에 필요한 자료를 제출하도록 요청할 수 있다. 이 경우 자료 제출을 요청받은 기관은 특별한 사유가 없으면 요청에 따라야 한다.

① The Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport or the Mayor/Provincial Governor shall, in accordance with the Presidential Decree, survey the trends of land prices and the status of land transactions in order to collect data for implementing the land transaction permit system or for performing other land policies, and may request relevant administrative agencies or other necessary agencies to submit data necessary for this purpose. In this case, the agency requested to submit data shall comply with the request unless there is a special reason.
