제25조의2 신고포상금의 지급

시장ㆍ군수 또는 구청장은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자를 관계 행정기관이나 수사기관에 신고하거나 고발한 자에게 예산의 범위에서 포상금을 지급할 수 있다. <개정 2019.8.20, 2020.8.18>
1. 제3조제1항부터 제4항까지 또는 제4조제2호를 위반하여 부동산등의 실제 거래가격을 거짓으로 신고한 자
1의2. 제4조제4호를 위반하여 거짓으로 제3조에 따른 신고를 한 자
1의3. 제4조제5호를 위반하여 거짓으로 제3조의2에 따른 신고를 한 자
1의4. 제6조의2 또는 제6조의3을 위반하여 주택 임대차 계약의 보증금ㆍ차임 등 계약금액을 거짓으로 신고한 자
2. 제11조제1항에 따른 허가 또는 변경허가를 받지 아니하고 토지거래계약을 체결한 자 또는 거짓이나 그 밖의 부정한 방법으로 토지거래계약허가를 받은 자
3. 토지거래계약허가를 받아 취득한 토지에 대하여 제17조제1항을 위반하여 허가받은 목적대로 이용하지 아니한 자
The Mayor, County Governor, or Head of a District shall, within the scope of the budget, pay reward money to any person who reports or accuses any of the following to the relevant administrative agency or investigative agency: <Amended by Act No. 16940, Aug. 20, 2019; Act No. 17506, Aug. 18, 2020> 1. A person who falsely reported the actual transaction price of real estate, etc., in violation of Article 3 (1) through (4) or Article 4 (2) 1의2. A person who made a false report under Article 3 in violation of Article 4 (4) 1의3. A person who made a false report under Article 3-2 in violation of Article 4 (5) 1의4. A person who falsely reported the deposit, rent, etc., of a housing lease agreement, in violation of Article 6-2 or Article 6-3 2. A person who concluded a land transaction contract without obtaining permission or alteration permission under Article 11 (1), or a person who obtained permission for a land transaction contract by false or other fraudulent means 3. A person who, for land acquired under permission for a land transaction contract, failed to use the land for the permitted purpose in violation of Article 17 (1)
제1항에 따른 포상금의 지급에 드는 비용은 시ㆍ군이나 구의 재원으로 충당한다.
The costs incurred for paying reward money under paragraph (1) shall be covered by the financial resources of the city, county, or district.
제1항에 따른 포상금 지급의 대상ㆍ기준ㆍ방법 및 절차 등에 관한 구체적인 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
Detailed matters concerning the objects, standards, methods, and procedures for the payment of reward money under paragraph (1) shall be prescribed by Presidential Decree.
