제25조의3 권한 등의 위임 및 위탁

이 법에 따른 국토교통부장관의 권한은 그 일부를 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 시ㆍ도지사, 시장ㆍ군수 또는 구청장에게 위임할 수 있다.
A part of the authority of the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport under this Act may be delegated to the mayor of a metropolitan city, the governor of a province, the mayor of a city, the governor of a county, or the head of a district (gu) as prescribed by Presidential Decree.
국토교통부장관은 제5조의 부동산거래가격 검증체계 구축ㆍ운영, 제6조제3항에 따른 신고내용조사 및 제25조의 부동산정보체계의 구축ㆍ운영 업무를 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 부동산시장 관련 전문성이 있는 공공기관에 위탁할 수 있다. <개정 2019.8.20>
The Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport may entrust the tasks of establishing and operating the real estate transaction price verification system under Article 5, the investigation of reported contents under Article 6 (3), and the establishment and operation of the real estate information system under Article 25 to a public institution with expertise in the real estate market, as prescribed by Presidential Decree. <Amended by Act No. 16974, Aug. 20, 2019>
