Article 6-3 (Report of Modification and Cancellation of Housing Lease Agreement)
제6조의3 주택 임대차 계약의 변경 및 해제 신고

임대차계약당사자는 제6조의2에 따라 신고한 후 해당 주택 임대차 계약의 보증금, 차임 등 임대차 가격이 변경되거나 임대차 계약이 해제된 때에는 변경 또는 해제가 확정된 날부터 30일 이내에 해당 신고관청에 공동으로 신고하여야 한다. 다만, 임대차계약당사자 중 일방이 국가등인 경우에는 국가등이 신고하여야 한다.
After reporting pursuant to Article 6-2, when the deposit, rent, or other lease price of the housing lease agreement is modified, or when the lease agreement is cancelled, the parties to the lease agreement shall jointly report to the competent reporting authority within 30 days from the date on which the modification or cancellation becomes effective. Provided, that if one of the parties to the lease agreement is the State, etc., the State, etc. shall report.
제1항에도 불구하고 임대차계약당사자 중 일방이 신고를 거부하는 경우에는 국토교통부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 단독으로 신고할 수 있다.
Notwithstanding paragraph ①, if one of the parties to the lease agreement refuses to report, the other party may report individually as prescribed by the Ordinance of the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport.
제1항에 따라 신고를 받은 신고관청은 그 신고 내용을 확인한 후 신고인에게 신고필증을 지체 없이 발급하여야 한다.
Upon receiving a report pursuant to paragraph ①, the reporting authority shall, after confirming the contents of the report, promptly issue a certificate of report to the reporter.
신고관청은 제1항부터 제3항까지의 규정에 따른 사무에 대한 해당 권한의 일부를 그 지방자치단체의 조례로 정하는 바에 따라 읍ㆍ면ㆍ동장 또는 출장소장에게 위임할 수 있다.
The reporting authority may delegate part of its authority concerning the matters under paragraphs ① through ③ to the head of an Eup, Myeon, or Dong office or the head of a branch office as prescribed by the ordinance of the local government.
제1항부터 제3항까지의 규정에 따른 신고 및 신고필증 발급의 절차와 그 밖에 필요한 사항은 국토교통부령으로 정한다.
The procedures for reporting and issuance of a certificate of report pursuant to paragraphs ① through ③, and other necessary matters shall be prescribed by the Ordinance of the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport.
