시ㆍ도경찰청장은 제99조에 따라 학원 등록을 할 경우 대통령령으로 정하는 기간에 제101조에 따른 시설 및 설비 등을 갖출 것을 조건으로 하여 학원의 등록을 받을 수 있다. <개정 2020.12.22>
The Commissioner of the Metropolitan/Provincial Police Agency may grant conditional registration for a driving school, requiring the fulfillment of facilities and equipment as prescribed by Presidential Decree under Article 101, within a period specified by Presidential Decree, when registering the driving school pursuant to Article 99. <Amended by Act No. 17849, Dec. 22, 2020>
시ㆍ도경찰청장은 제1항에 따라 등록을 한 자가 정당한 사유 없이 같은 항에 따른 기간에 시설 및 설비 등을 갖추지 아니하면 그 등록을 취소하여야 한다. <개정 2020.12.22>
If a person who has registered under paragraph ① fails to equip the facilities and equipment within the period prescribed in the same paragraph without justifiable grounds, the Commissioner of the Metropolitan/Provincial Police Agency shall cancel the registration. <Amended by Act No. 17849, Dec. 22, 2020>
