제11조 어린이 등에 대한 보호

어린이의 보호자는 교통이 빈번한 도로에서 어린이를 놀게 하여서는 아니 되며, 영유아(6세 미만인 사람을 말한다. 이하 같다)의 보호자는 교통이 빈번한 도로에서 영유아가 혼자 보행하게 하여서는 아니 된다. <개정 2014.12.30>
A guardian of a child shall not allow the child to play on a road with frequent traffic, and a guardian of an infant (meaning a person under six years of age; hereinafter the same shall apply) shall not allow the infant to walk alone on a road with frequent traffic. <Amended by Act No. 12920, Dec. 30, 2014>
앞을 보지 못하는 사람(이에 준하는 사람을 포함한다. 이하 같다)의 보호자는 그 사람이 도로를 보행할 때에는 흰색 지팡이를 갖고 다니도록 하거나 앞을 보지 못하는 사람에게 길을 안내하는 개로서 행정안전부령으로 정하는 개(이하 "장애인보조견"이라 한다)를 동반하도록 하는 등 필요한 조치를 하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19, 2015.8.11, 2017.7.26>

어린이의 보호자는 도로에서 어린이가 자전거를 타거나 행정안전부령으로 정하는 위험성이 큰 움직이는 놀이기구를 타는 경우에는 어린이의 안전을 위하여 행정안전부령으로 정하는 인명보호 장구(裝具)를 착용하도록 하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26>

2. 보호자 없이 도로를 보행하는 영유아
3. 앞을 보지 못하는 사람으로서 흰색 지팡이를 가지지 아니하거나 장애인보조견을 동반하지 아니하는 등 필요한 조치를 하지 아니하고 다니는 사람
4. 횡단보도나 교통이 빈번한 도로에서 보행에 어려움을 겪고 있는 노인(65세 이상인 사람을 말한다. 이하 같다)

A child playing on a road with frequent traffic 2. An infant walking on a road without a guardian 3. An elderly person (meaning a person aged 65 or older; hereinafter the same shall apply) who is experiencing difficulty walking on a crosswalk or a road with frequent traffic
