제112조(휴원ㆍ폐원의 신고) 학원등 설립ㆍ운영자가 해당 학원을 폐원(閉院)하거나 1개월 이상 휴원(休院)하는 경우에는 행정안전부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 휴원 또는 폐원한 날부터 7일 이내에 시ㆍ도경찰청장에게 그 사실을 신고하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26, 2020.12.22>
Translation
