제118조(전문학원 학감 등의 공무원 의제) 전문학원의 학감ㆍ부학감은 기능검정 및 수강사실 확인업무에 관하여, 기능검정원은 기능검정업무에 관하여, 강사는 수강사실 확인업무에 관하여 「형법」이나 그 밖의 법률에 따른 벌칙을 적용할 때에는 각각 공무원으로 본다.
Translation
When applying penal provisions under 「the Criminal Act」 or other laws concerning the duties of verifying skills tests and attendance records, the principal and vice-principal of a junior college shall be deemed public officials with respect to the duties of verifying skills tests and attendance records, skills test officials shall be deemed public officials with respect to the duties of skills tests, and instructors shall be deemed public officials with respect to the duties of verifying attendance records.
