제118조(전문학원 학감 등의 공무원 의제) 전문학원의 학감ㆍ부학감은 기능검정 및 수강사실 확인업무에 관하여, 기능검정원은 기능검정업무에 관하여, 강사는 수강사실 확인업무에 관하여 「형법」이나 그 밖의 법률에 따른 벌칙을 적용할 때에는 각각 공무원으로 본다.
