전문학원의 설립자는 전문학원의 건전한 육성발전과 전문학원 간의 상호협조 및 공동이익의 증진을 위하여 자동차운전 전문학원연합회(이하 "연합회"라 한다)를 설립할 수 있다.
Founders of driver training schools may establish an association of driver training schools (hereinafter referred to as the "Association") for the sound development and promotion of driver training schools, mutual cooperation among driver training schools, and the advancement of their common interests.
연합회는 법인으로 한다.
The Association shall be a legal entity.
연합회의 정관에는 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함되어야 한다.
1. 목적
2. 명칭
3. 주된 사무소의 소재지
4. 이사회 및 회원에 관한 사항
5. 임원 및 직원에 관한 사항
6. 사업에 관한 사항
7. 재산 및 회계에 관한 사항
8. 정관의 변경에 관한 사항
The articles of incorporation of the Association shall include the following matters: 1. Purpose 2. Name 3. Location of the principal office 4. Matters concerning the board of directors and members 5. Matters concerning officers and employees 6. Matters concerning business 7. Matters concerning assets and accounting 8. Matters concerning amendments to the articles of incorporation
제3항에 따른 정관은 경찰청장의 인가를 받아야 한다. 정관을 변경하는 경우에도 또한 같다.
The articles of incorporation under paragraph ③ shall be subject to the approval of the Commissioner of the National Police Agency. The same shall apply to amendments to the articles of incorporation.
연합회는 다음 각 호의 사업을 한다.
1. 전문학원 제도의 발전을 위한 연구
2. 전문학원의 교육시설 및 교재의 개발
3. 전문학원에서 하는 교육 및 기능검정 방법의 연구개발
4. 전문학원의 학감ㆍ부학감, 기능검정원 및 강사의 교육훈련과 복지증진 사업
5. 경찰청장으로부터 위탁받은 사항
6. 그 밖에 연합회의 목적달성에 필요한 사업
The Association shall engage in the following businesses: 1. Research for the development of the driver training school system 2. Development of educational facilities and teaching materials for driver training schools 3. Research and development of educational and skill testing methods conducted at driver training schools 4. Training and welfare promotion for principals, vice-principals, skill testers, and instructors at driver training schools 5. Matters entrusted by the Commissioner of the National Police Agency 6. Other businesses necessary for the attainment of the Association's purpose
경찰청장은 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 연합회를 감독하며, 연합회의 건전한 운영을 위하여 필요한 명령을 할 수 있다.
The Commissioner of the National Police Agency shall supervise the Association as prescribed by Presidential Decree and may issue necessary orders for the sound operation of the Association.
연합회에 관하여 이 법에서 규정한 사항을 제외하고는 「민법」 중 사단법인에 관한 규정을 준용한다.
Matters concerning the Association not prescribed by this Act shall be governed by the provisions concerning incorporated associations in the Civil Act.
