①
제68조제1항을 위반하여 함부로 신호기를 조작하거나 교통안전시설을 철거ㆍ이전하거나 손괴한 사람은 3년 이하의 징역이나 700만원 이하의 벌금에 처한다.
A person who arbitrarily operates a signal device or demolishes, relocates, or damages traffic safety facilities in violation of Article 68 (1) shall be punished by imprisonment of not more than 3 years or a fine of not more than 7 million won.
②
제1항에 따른 행위로 인하여 도로에서 교통위험을 일으키게 한 사람은 5년 이하의 징역이나 1천500만원 이하의 벌금에 처한다.
A person who causes traffic danger on a road due to the act referred to in Paragraph (1) shall be punished by imprisonment of not more than 5 years or a fine of not more than 15 million won.
