모든 차 또는 노면전차의 운전자는 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 곳에서는 서행하여야 한다. <개정 2018.3.27, 2020.12.22>
1. 교통정리를 하고 있지 아니하는 교차로
2. 도로가 구부러진 부근
3. 비탈길의 고갯마루 부근
4. 가파른 비탈길의 내리막
5. 시ㆍ도경찰청장이 도로에서의 위험을 방지하고 교통의 안전과 원활한 소통을 확보하기 위하여 필요하다고 인정하여 안전표지로 지정한 곳
The driver of any vehicle or tram shall slow down in places falling under any of the following subparagraphs. <Amended by Act No. 15476, Mar. 27, 2018; Act No. 17814, Dec. 22, 2020> 1. An intersection where traffic is not being regulated 2. Vicinity of a curved road 3. Vicinity of the crest of a slope 4. Downhill slope of a steep road 5. Places designated by safety signs by the Metropolitan City/Province Police Agency Commissioner, which are deemed necessary to prevent dangers on the road and ensure traffic safety and smooth flow
모든 차 또는 노면전차의 운전자는 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 곳에서는 일시정지하여야 한다. <개정 2018.3.27, 2020.12.22>
1. 교통정리를 하고 있지 아니하고 좌우를 확인할 수 없거나 교통이 빈번한 교차로
2. 시ㆍ도경찰청장이 도로에서의 위험을 방지하고 교통의 안전과 원활한 소통을 확보하기 위하여 필요하다고 인정하여 안전표지로 지정한 곳
