제53조의5(보호자가 동승하지 아니한 어린이통학버스 운전자의 의무) 제2조제23호가목의 유아교육진흥원ㆍ대안학교ㆍ외국인학교, 같은 호 다목의 교습소 및 같은 호 마목부터 차목까지의 시설에서 어린이의 승차 또는 하차를 도와주는 보호자를 태우지 아니한 어린이통학버스를 운전하는 사람은 어린이가 승차 또는 하차하는 때에 자동차에서 내려서 어린이나 영유아가 안전하게 승하차하는 것을 확인하여야 한다.
Translation
A person driving a child school bus, for which a guardian to assist with the boarding or alighting of children is not onboard, for the institutions stipulated in Article 2, Subparagraph 23, Item (a) [Korea Preschool Education Promotion Institute, alternative schools, foreign schools], Item (c) [academies], and Items (e) through (g) [facilities], shall get out of the vehicle when children are boarding or alighting and confirm that the children or infants are boarding and alighting safely.
