제53조의5(보호자가 동승하지 아니한 어린이통학버스 운전자의 의무) 제2조제23호가목의 유아교육진흥원ㆍ대안학교ㆍ외국인학교, 같은 호 다목의 교습소 및 같은 호 마목부터 차목까지의 시설에서 어린이의 승차 또는 하차를 도와주는 보호자를 태우지 아니한 어린이통학버스를 운전하는 사람은 어린이가 승차 또는 하차하는 때에 자동차에서 내려서 어린이나 영유아가 안전하게 승하차하는 것을 확인하여야 한다.

① The driver of a children's school bus, which operates for the purpose of kindergarten education institutions, alternative schools, and foreign schools referred to in Article 2, subparagraph 23, item (a), private academies referred to in the same subparagraph, item (c), and facilities referred to in items (e) through (g) of the same subparagraph, and which does not carry a guardian to assist children in boarding or alighting, shall alight from the vehicle and confirm that children and infants safely board or alight when they board or alight.
