제68조 도로에서의 금지행위 등

누구든지 함부로 신호기를 조작하거나 교통안전시설을 철거ㆍ이전하거나 손괴하여서는 아니 되며, 교통안전시설이나 그와 비슷한 인공구조물을 도로에 설치하여서는 아니 된다.
No person shall arbitrarily operate signal devices, nor shall any person demolish, move, or damage traffic safety facilities, nor shall any person install traffic safety facilities or artificial structures similar thereto on a road.
누구든지 교통에 방해가 될 만한 물건을 도로에 함부로 내버려두어서는 아니 된다.
No person shall arbitrarily leave any object that may hinder traffic on a road.
누구든지 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 행위를 하여서는 아니 된다. <개정 2020.12.22>
1. 술에 취하여 도로에서 갈팡질팡하는 행위
2. 도로에서 교통에 방해되는 방법으로 눕거나 앉거나 서있는 행위
3. 교통이 빈번한 도로에서 공놀이 또는 썰매타기 등의 놀이를 하는 행위
4. 돌ㆍ유리병ㆍ쇳조각이나 그 밖에 도로에 있는 사람이나 차마를 손상시킬 우려가 있는 물건을 던지거나 발사하는 행위
5. 도로를 통행하고 있는 차마에서 밖으로 물건을 던지는 행위
6. 도로를 통행하고 있는 차마에 뛰어오르거나 매달리거나 차마에서 뛰어내리는 행위
7. 그 밖에 시ㆍ도경찰청장이 교통상의 위험을 방지하기 위하여 필요하다고 인정하여 지정ㆍ공고한 행위
No person shall commit any act falling under any of the following subparagraphs. <Amended by Act No. 17805, Dec. 22, 2020> 1. Wandering on a road while intoxicated. 2. Lying down, sitting, or standing on a road in a manner that hinders traffic. 3. Playing games such as playing ball or sledding on a road with frequent traffic. 4. Throwing or launching stones, glass bottles, pieces of iron, or any other objects that may potentially damage persons or vehicles on the road. 5. Throwing objects out of vehicles passing on a road. 6. Jumping onto or hanging from vehicles passing on a road, or jumping off vehicles. 7. Other acts that the Chief of the Metropolitan/Provincial Police Agency recognizes as necessary for preventing traffic hazards and designates and announces.
