Article 23 (Public Announcement and Dissemination of Policies)
제23조 정책의 공표 및 전달

국가 및 지방자치단체는 확정된 외국인정책의 기본계획 및 시행계획 등을 공표할 수 있다. 다만, 위원회 또는 실무위원회에서 국가안전보장ㆍ질서유지ㆍ공공복리ㆍ외교관계 등의 국익을 고려하여 공표하지 아니하기로 하거나 개인의 사생활의 비밀이 침해될 우려가 있는 사항에 대하여는 그러하지 아니하다.
The State and local governments may publicly announce the finalized basic plan and implementation plan for foreigner policy. However, this shall not apply to matters that the Committee or the Working Committee has decided not to announce, considering national interests such as national security, maintenance of order, public welfare, or diplomatic relations, or to matters where there is a risk of infringing on the privacy of individuals.
국가 및 지방자치단체는 모든 국민 및 재한외국인이 제1항에 따라 공표된 외국인정책의 기본계획 및 시행계획 등을 쉽게 이해하고 이용할 수 있도록 노력하여야 한다.
The State and local governments shall endeavor to ensure that all citizens and foreigners residing in the Republic of Korea can easily understand and utilize the basic plan and implementation plan for foreigner policy announced pursuant to Paragraph ①.
