제24조 검사

고용노동부장관은 이 법을 시행하기 위하여 필요하다고 인정하면 관계 공무원 또는 제27조에 따라 권한을 위탁받은 기관에 소속된 직원(위탁받은 업무 처리에 필요한 사항으로 한정한다)으로 하여금 이 법을 적용받는 사업장에 출입하여 관계 서류를 검사하거나 관계인에게 질문하게 할 수 있다. <개정 2010.6.4, 2021.4.13>
If the Minister of Employment and Labor deems it necessary for the enforcement of this Act, the Minister may have public officials concerned or employees belonging to an institution to which authority has been delegated under Article 27 (limited to matters necessary for processing the delegated work) enter workplaces subject to this Act to inspect relevant documents or question relevant persons. <Amended by Act No. 10342, Jun. 4, 2010; Act No. 18180, Apr. 13, 2021>
제1항에 따라 출입ㆍ검사를 하는 공무원 또는 제27조에 따라 권한을 위탁받은 기관에 소속된 직원은 그 권한을 표시하는 증표를 지니고 이를 관계인에게 내보여야 한다. <개정 2021.4.13>
Public officials or employees belonging to an institution to which authority has been delegated under Article 27 who conduct an entry and inspection under paragraph ① shall carry proof of their authority and present it to the relevant persons. <Amended by Act No. 18180, Apr. 13, 2021>
