제1조(목적) 이 법은 폐기물의 발생을 최대한 억제하고 발생한 폐기물을 친환경적으로 처리함으로써 환경보전과 국민생활의 질적 향상에 이바지하는 것을 목적으로 한다. <개정 2010.7.23>
