제13조의6 폐기물 사용 시멘트에 대한 정보공개

시멘트를 제조하는 자는 폐기물을 사용한 시멘트에 관하여 그 제조에 사용된 폐기물의 종류, 원산지 및 구성성분을 포함한 정보(이하 "폐기물 사용 시멘트 정보"라 한다)를 공개하여야 한다.
A person who manufactures cement shall disclose information concerning cement that uses waste, including the type, origin, and composition of the waste used in its manufacture (hereinafter referred to as "Waste-Using Cement Information").
제1항에 따라 공개하여야 하는 폐기물 사용 시멘트 정보의 항목, 공개기간, 공개방법, 그 밖에 필요한 사항은 기후에너지환경부령으로 정한다. <개정 2025.10.1>
The items of Waste-Using Cement Information to be disclosed under paragraph ①, disclosure periods, disclosure methods, and other necessary matters shall be prescribed by a Decree of the Ministry of Climate, Energy, and Environment. <Amended on October 1, 2025>
