제14조의3 음식물류 폐기물 발생 억제 계획의 수립 등

특별자치시장, 특별자치도지사, 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 관할 구역의 음식물류 폐기물(농산물류ㆍ수산물류ㆍ축산물류 폐기물을 포함한다. 이하 같다)의 발생을 최대한 줄이고 발생한 음식물류 폐기물을 적정하게 처리하기 위하여 다음 각 호의 사항을 포함하는 음식물류 폐기물 발생 억제 계획을 수립ㆍ시행하고, 매년 그 추진성과를 평가하여야 한다.
1. 음식물류 폐기물의 발생 및 처리 현황
2. 음식물류 폐기물의 향후 발생 예상량 및 적정 처리 계획
3. 음식물류 폐기물의 발생 억제 목표 및 목표 달성 방안
4. 음식물류 폐기물 처리시설의 설치 현황 및 향후 설치 계획
5. 음식물류 폐기물의 발생 억제 및 적정 처리를 위한 기술적ㆍ재정적 지원 방안(재원의 확보계획을 포함한다)
The Special City Mayor, the Governor of the Special Self-Governing Province, and the Mayor, County Governor, or District Head shall establish and implement a food waste generation reduction plan that includes the following items to minimize the generation of food waste (including agricultural, fishery, and livestock products; hereinafter the same shall apply) within their jurisdiction and to properly treat generated food waste, and shall evaluate the results of its implementation annually. 1. Current status of generation and treatment of food waste 2. Future projected amount of food waste generation and plan for proper treatment 3. Food waste generation reduction goals and measures to achieve the goals 4. Current status of installation of food waste treatment facilities and future installation plans 5. Measures for technical and financial support for food waste generation reduction and proper treatment (including plans for securing financial resources)
제1항에 따른 계획의 수립주기, 평가방법 등 필요한 사항은 기후에너지환경부령으로 정한다. <개정 2025.10.1>
Matters necessary for the establishment cycle and evaluation methods of the plan under paragraph ① shall be determined by the Minister of Climate, Energy, and Environment. <Amended on October 1, 2025>
