제17조의3 폐기물분석전문기관의 준수사항

폐기물분석전문기관은 다른 자에게 자기의 성명이나 상호를 사용하여 폐기물의 시험ㆍ분석 업무를 하게 하거나 그 지정서를 다른 자에게 빌려 주어서는 아니 된다.
A waste analysis specialized agency shall not allow another person to perform waste testing or analysis using its name or trade name, nor shall it lend its designation certificate to another person.
폐기물분석전문기관은 「환경분야 시험ㆍ검사 등에 관한 법률」 제6조에 따른 폐기물 분야에 대한 환경오염공정시험기준을 준수하여야 한다.
A waste analysis specialized agency shall comply with the environmental pollution standard testing methods for the waste field pursuant to Article 6 of the 「Act on Testing and Inspection in the Environmental Field, etc.」.
폐기물분석전문기관은 제1항 및 제2항의 준수사항 외에 시험ㆍ분석 결과의 기록ㆍ보존 등 기후에너지환경부령으로 정하는 준수사항을 지켜야 한다. <개정 2025.10.1>
