기후에너지환경부장관은 폐기물분석전문기관의 폐기물 시험ㆍ분석 능력을 평가할 수 있다. <개정 2025.10.1>
The Minister of Climate, Energy, and Environment may evaluate the waste testing and analysis capabilities of waste analysis specialized agencies. <Amended on October 1, 2025>

제1항에 따른 평가의 항목, 기준 및 방법 등은 기후에너지환경부령으로 정한다. <개정 2025.10.1>
