제19조 사업장폐기물처리자의 의무

제18조제3항에 따른 사업장폐기물을 운반하는 자는 그 폐기물을 운반하는 중에 제45조제2항에 따른 전자정보처리프로그램에 입력된 폐기물 인계ㆍ인수 내용을 확인할 수 있도록 인계번호를 숙지하여야 하며, 관계 행정기관이나 그 소속 공무원이 요구하는 때에는 이를 알려주어야 한다. <개정 2010.7.23>
A person who transports business site waste pursuant to Article 18 (3) shall be familiar with the transfer number to confirm the waste transfer and acceptance details entered into the electronic information processing program under Article 45 (2) while transporting the waste, and shall disclose it when requested by a relevant administrative agency or its public officials. <Amended 2010.7.23>
폐기물을 수탁하여 처리하는 자는 영업정지ㆍ휴업ㆍ폐업 또는 폐기물처리시설의 사용정지 등의 사유로 기후에너지환경부령으로 정하는 사업장폐기물을 처리할 수 없는 경우에는 기후에너지환경부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 지체 없이 그 사실을 사업장폐기물의 처리를 위탁한 배출자에게 통보하여야 한다. <개정 2025.10.1>
A person who accepts and processes waste shall, if unable to process business site waste as prescribed by the Minister of Climate, Energy and Environment due to reasons such as suspension of business, temporary closure, cessation of business, or suspension of use of waste processing facilities, promptly notify the generator who entrusted the processing of the business site waste, in accordance with the regulations prescribed by the Minister of Climate, Energy and Environment. <Amended 2025.10.1>
