제2조의2(폐기물의 세부분류) 폐기물의 종류 및 재활용 유형에 관한 세부분류는 폐기물의 발생원, 구성성분 및 유해성 등을 고려하여 기후에너지환경부령으로 정한다. <개정 2025.10.1>
