Article 35 (Education for Waste Treatment Personnel, etc.)
제35조 폐기물 처리 담당자 등에 대한 교육

다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사람은 기후에너지환경부령으로 정하는 교육기관이 실시하는 교육을 받아야 한다. <개정 2015.1.20, 2015.7.20, 2025.10.1>
1. 다음 각 목의 어느 하나에 해당하는 폐기물 처리 담당자
- 가. 폐기물처리업에 종사하는 기술요원
- 나. 폐기물처리시설의 기술관리인
- 다. 그 밖에 대통령령으로 정하는 사람
2. 폐기물분석전문기관의 기술요원
3. 제13조의4에 따라 지정된 재활용환경성평가기관의 기술인력
Any person falling under any of the following subparagraphs shall receive education conducted by an educational institution designated by the Minister of Environment. 1. Waste treatment personnel falling under any of the following sub-paragraphs: a. Technical personnel engaged in the waste treatment business b. Technical managers of waste treatment facilities c. Other persons prescribed by Presidential Decree 2. Technical personnel of a specialized waste analysis institution 3. Technical personnel of a recycling environmental impact assessment institution designated under Article 13-4
제1항에 따라 교육을 받아야 할 사람을 고용한 자는 그 해당자에게 그 교육을 받게 하여야 한다. <개정 2020.5.26>
An employer who has employed a person required to receive education under paragraph ① shall have that person receive such education.
제1항에 따라 교육을 받는 사람을 고용한 자는 같은 항의 규정에 따른 교육에 드는 경비를 부담하여야 한다. <개정 2020.5.26>
An employer who has employed a person receiving education under paragraph ① shall bear the expenses incurred for the education prescribed in the same paragraph.
