①

다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자는 기후에너지환경부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 매년 폐기물의 발생ㆍ처리에 관한 보고서를 다음 연도 2월 말일까지 해당 허가ㆍ승인ㆍ신고기관 또는 확인기관의 장에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2007.8.3, 2010.7.23, 2013.7.16, 2017.4.18, 2025.10.1>

  1. 1. 제4조나 제5조에 따른 폐기물처리시설을 설치ㆍ운영하는 자

Any person falling under any of the following subparagraphs shall submit a report on the generation and disposal of waste to the head of the competent permitting, approval, reporting, or verification agency, by the end of February of the following year, in accordance with the Minister of Climate, Energy and Environment Ordinance. 1. A person who installs or operates a waste treatment facility pursuant to Article 4 or Article 5 1. A person who has reported a plan for the prevention of generation and treatment of food waste pursuant to Article 15-2 (2) 2. A person who has reported as a generator of industrial waste pursuant to Article 17 (2) 3. A person who has received verification pursuant to Article 17 (5) 3. Deleted<2017.4.18> 4. 제25조의2제1항에 따라 전용용기 제조업 등록을 한 자는 기후에너지환경부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 전용용기 생산 및 출고, 품질검사에 관한 보고서를 다음 연도 2월 말일까지 등록기관의 장에게 제출하여야 한다. <신설 2015.1.20, 2025.10.1>

A person who has registered as a manufacturer of dedicated containers pursuant to Article 25-2 (1) shall submit a report on the production, shipment, and quality inspection of dedicated containers to the head of the registration agency by the end of February of the following year, in accordance with the Minister of Climate, Energy and Environment Ordinance.

기후에너지환경부장관, 시ㆍ도지사 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 제1항 또는 제2항에 따라 보고서를 제출하여야 하는 자가 기한 내에 제출하지 아니하면 기간을 정하여 제출을 명할 수 있다. <개정 2013.7.16, 2015.1.20, 2025.10.1>

The Minister of Climate, Energy and Environment, the head of a metropolitan city, a province, or a special self-governing city, or the head of a city, county, or district may set a deadline and order the submission of a report if a person required to submit a report under paragraph ① or ② fails to submit it within the deadline.

제1항 또는 제2항에 따라 보고서를 제출하여야 하는 자는 사업장폐기물의 처리를 위탁한 자에게 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 보고서 작성에 필요한 자료를 매년 1월 15일까지 서면으로 요구할 수 있으며, 그 요구를 받은 자는 그 자료를 1월 31일까지 서면으로 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2010.7.23, 2013.7.16, 2015.1.20>

A person required to submit a report under paragraph ① or ② may request in writing, by January 15 of each year, materials necessary for the preparation of the report under paragraph ① or ②, from a person who has entrusted the treatment of industrial waste, and the person who receives the request shall submit such materials in writing by January 31.

폐기물분석전문기관은 기후에너지환경부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 매년 폐기물의 시험ㆍ분석에 관한 보고서를 다음 연도 2월 말일까지 기후에너지환경부장관에게 제출하여야 한다. <신설 2015.1.20, 2025.10.1>

A specialized waste analysis institution shall submit a report on the testing and analysis of waste to the Minister of Climate, Energy and Environment by the end of February of the following year, in accordance with the Minister of Climate, Energy and Environment Ordinance.
