제43조 분담금

조합의 조합원은 제42조에 따른 공제사업을 하는 데에 필요한 분담금을 조합에 내야 한다.
Members of the association shall pay contributions to the association necessary for carrying out the mutual aid business under Article 42.
제1항에 따른 분담금의 산정기준ㆍ납부절차, 그 밖에 필요한 사항은 조합의 정관으로 정하는 바에 따른다.
The standards for calculating contributions under paragraph (1), payment procedures, and other necessary matters shall be determined by the articles of incorporation of the association.
조합원은 제40조제2항에 따른 명령을 이행하지 아니하여 방치폐기물이 발생한 경우에는 제40조제1항제1호에 따라 납부한 분담금은 반환받을 수 없다. 다만, 기후에너지환경부장관 또는 시ㆍ도지사가 제40조제4항제1호에 따른 처리명령을 하기 이전에 방치폐기물을 처리한 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다. <신설 2010.7.23, 2012.6.1, 2025.10.1>
Where abandoned waste is generated due to a member's failure to comply with the order under Article 40(2), contributions paid under Article 40(1)1 shall not be refunded. However, this shall not apply if the abandoned waste has been processed prior to the Minister of Climate, Energy and Environment or the mayor/provincial governor issuing a processing order under Article 40(4)1. <Newly established on July 23, 2010, June 1, 2012, October 1, 2025>
