제48조제4항에 따라 기후에너지환경부장관, 시ㆍ도지사 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장의 자문에 응하기 위하여 기후에너지환경부에 폐기물처리자문위원회(이하 이 조에서 "위원회"라 한다)를 둔다. <개정 2025.3.25, 2025.10.1>
To advise the Minister of Climate, Energy, and Environment, the provincial governor, or the head of a city, county, or district in accordance with Article 48(4), a Waste Processing Advisory Committee (hereinafter referred to as the "Committee" in this Article) shall be established in the Ministry of Climate, Energy, and Environment. <Amended on March 25, 2025, October 1, 2025>
위원회는 위원장을 포함하여 5명 이상 9명 이하의 위원으로 구성한다.
The Committee shall be composed of not more than nine and not less than five members, including the chairperson.
위원회의 구성ㆍ운영 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
Matters necessary for the composition and operation of the Committee, etc. shall be determined by Presidential Decree.
