제59조 수수료

다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자는 기후에너지환경부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 수수료를 내야 한다. <개정 2015.7.20, 2017.4.18, 2022.12.27, 2025.10.1>
1. 제13조의3제1항에 따른 재활용환경성평가를 받으려는 자
1의2. 제18조의2제1항 및 제2항에 따라 유해성 정보자료 작성을 의뢰하려는 자
2. 제25조제3항에 따른 허가를 받으려는 자
3. 제25조의2제1항에 따른 전용용기 제조업의 등록을 하려는 자
4. 제30조제1항 및 제2항에 따른 검사를 받으려는 자
5. 제50조제1항 후단 및 같은 조 제6항 전단에 따른 검사를 받으려는 자
A person falling under any of the following subparagraphs shall pay a fee in accordance with the Enforcement Rule of the Ministry of Climate, Energy and Environment. <Amended by Act No. 13446, Jul. 20, 2015, Act No. 14708, Apr. 18, 2017, Act No. 19060, Dec. 27, 2022, Act No. XXXX, Oct. 1, 2025> 1. A person who intends to undergo the environmental impact assessment for recycling under Article 13-3 (1) 1-2. A person who intends to request the preparation of hazard information data under Article 18-2 (1) and (2) 2. A person who intends to obtain a permit under Article 25 (3) 3. A person who intends to register the manufacturing of dedicated containers under Article 25-2 (1) 4. A person who intends to undergo an inspection under Article 30 (1) and (2) 5. A person who intends to undergo an inspection under the latter part of Article 50 (1) and the former part of Article 50 (6)
다음 각 호의 기관은 해당 호에서 정하는 자로부터 기후에너지환경부장관이 정하여 고시하는 바에 따라 수수료를 받을 수 있다. <신설 2010.7.23, 2015.1.20, 2017.4.18, 2025.10.1>
1. 제25조의2제6항에 따른 검사기관: 전용용기에 대한 검사를 받으려는 자
2. 폐기물분석전문기관: 폐기물의 시험ㆍ분석을 의뢰하려는 자
