Article 6 (Waste Disposal Facility Entry Fee)
제6조 폐기물처리시설 반입수수료

제4조제1항 또는 제5조제1항에 따라 폐기물처리시설을 설치ㆍ운영하는 기관은 그 폐기물처리시설에 반입되는 폐기물의 처리를 위하여 필요한 비용(이하 "반입수수료"라 한다)을 폐기물을 반입하는 자로부터 징수할 수 있다.
An institution that installs and operates a waste disposal facility pursuant to Article 4(1) or Article 5(1) may collect from the person bringing waste into the facility the necessary costs for the disposal of the waste brought into the waste disposal facility (hereinafter referred to as "entry fee").
제1항의 경우에 둘 이상의 지방자치단체가 공동으로 설치ㆍ운영하는 폐기물처리시설의 경우 해당 지방자치단체 간에 협의하여 수수료를 결정하여야 한다.
In the case of paragraph ①, where a waste disposal facility is jointly installed and operated by two or more local governments, the fee shall be determined through consultation between the relevant local governments.
반입수수료의 금액은 징수기관이 국가이면 기후에너지환경부령으로, 지방자치단체이면 조례로 정한다. <개정 2025.10.1>
The amount of the entry fee shall be determined by a ministerial ordinance of the Ministry of Climate, Energy, and Environment if the collecting institution is the State, and by an ordinance if it is a local government. <Amended by 2025.10.1>
