이 법에 따른 기후에너지환경부장관의 권한은 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 그 일부를 시ㆍ도지사 또는 소속 기관의 장에게 위임할 수 있다. <개정 2012.6.1, 2025.10.1>
The Minister of Climate, Energy, and Environment may delegate part of the authority under this Act to the heads of metropolitan cities, provinces, or affiliated agencies, as prescribed by Presidential Decree. <Amended by 2012.6.1, 2025.10.1>
이 법에 따른 기후에너지환경부장관 또는 지방자치단체의 장의 업무는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 그 일부를 한국환경공단, 협회 등 관련 전문기관에 위탁할 수 있다. <신설 2010.7.23, 2015.1.20, 2025.10.1>
Part of the duties of the Minister of Climate, Energy, and Environment or the heads of local governments under this Act may be entrusted to relevant specialized agencies such as the Korea Environmental Corporation or associations, as prescribed by Presidential Decree. <Newly Established by 2010.7.23, 2015.1.20, 2025.10.1>
기후에너지환경부장관이나 지방자치단체의 장은 이 법에 따라 설치한 폐기물처리시설 등의 효율적인 관리ㆍ운영을 위하여 필요하다고 인정하면 기후에너지환경부령(지방자치단체의 장의 경우에는 해당 지방자치단체의 조례)으로 정하는 바에 따라 그 관리ㆍ운영을 맡을 능력이 있는 자에게 위탁할 수 있다. <개정 2010.7.23, 2025.10.1>
