제62조의2(벌칙 적용에서의 공무원 의제) 제62조제2항 또는 제3항에 따라 위탁받은 업무를 하는 사람 중 공무원이 아닌 사람은 「형법」 제129조부터 제132조까지의 규정에 따른 벌칙을 적용하는 경우 공무원으로 본다. <개정 2020.5.26>
Translation
① A person who is not a public official among those entrusted with duties pursuant to Article 62 (2) or (3) shall be deemed a public official for the application of penal provisions under Articles 129 through 132 of the Criminal Act. <Amended by Act No. 17290, May 26, 2020>
