제8조(근로자의 피보험자격에 관한 신고) 법 제15조제3항에 따라 근로자가 피보험자격의 취득 및 상실 등에 관한 사항을 신고할 때에는 근로계약서 등 고용관계를 증명할 수 있는 서류를 제출하여야 한다.
