제8조(근로자의 피보험자격에 관한 신고) 법 제15조제3항에 따라 근로자가 피보험자격의 취득 및 상실 등에 관한 사항을 신고할 때에는 근로계약서 등 고용관계를 증명할 수 있는 서류를 제출하여야 한다.

① When a worker notifies of matters concerning the acquisition and loss of insured qualification pursuant to Article 15(3) of the Act, documents that can prove the employment relationship, such as an employment contract, shall be submitted.
