제99조(육아휴직 급여의 사무의 위탁) 직업안정기관의 장은 피보험자의 신청에 따라 필요하다고 인정하면 그 자에게 행하는 육아휴직 급여에 관한 사무를 다른 직업안정기관의 장에게 위탁하여 처리할 수 있다.
