제99조(육아휴직 급여의 사무의 위탁) 직업안정기관의 장은 피보험자의 신청에 따라 필요하다고 인정하면 그 자에게 행하는 육아휴직 급여에 관한 사무를 다른 직업안정기관의 장에게 위탁하여 처리할 수 있다.

① The head of a public employment security office may, upon the request of an insured person and when deemed necessary, delegate the affairs concerning parental leave benefits to be provided to the insured person to the head of another public employment security office.
