제40조(사회통합 프로그램 이수자에 대한 우대) 법무부장관은 사증 발급, 체류 관련 각종 허가 등을 할 때에 이 법 또는 관계 법령에서 정하는 바에 따라 사회통합 프로그램 이수자를 우대할 수 있다.
