제40조(사회통합 프로그램 이수자에 대한 우대) 법무부장관은 사증 발급, 체류 관련 각종 허가 등을 할 때에 이 법 또는 관계 법령에서 정하는 바에 따라 사회통합 프로그램 이수자를 우대할 수 있다.

① The Minister of Justice may provide preferential treatment to graduates of the Social Integration Program, in accordance with this Act or relevant laws and regulations, when issuing visas or granting various permissions related to sojourn.
