Article 93 (Procedures for Transit between North and South Korea, etc.)
제93조 남북한 왕래 등의 절차

군사분계선 이남지역(이하 "남한"이라 한다)이나 해외에 거주하는 국민이 군사분계선 이북지역(이하 "북한"이라 한다)을 거쳐 출입국하는 경우에는 남한에서 북한으로 가기 전 또는 북한에서 남한으로 온 후에 출입국심사를 한다.
When a national residing in the area south of the Military Demarcation Line (hereinafter referred to as "South Korea") or overseas enters or exits through the area north of the Military Demarcation Line (hereinafter referred to as "North Korea"), immigration inspection shall be conducted before entering North Korea from South Korea or after arriving in South Korea from North Korea.
외국인의 남북한 왕래절차에 관하여는 법무부장관이 따로 정하는 경우를 제외하고는 이 법의 출입국절차에 관한 규정을 준용한다.
Except for cases otherwise determined by the Minister of Justice, the provisions concerning immigration procedures in this Act shall apply mutatis mutandis to the procedures for the transit of foreigners between North and South Korea.
외국인이 북한을 거쳐 출입국하는 경우에는 이 법의 출입국절차에 관한 규정에 따른다.
When a foreigner enters or exits through North Korea, the provisions concerning immigration procedures in this Act shall apply.
제1항부터 제3항까지의 규정의 시행에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
Matters necessary for the enforcement of the provisions of paragraphs ① through ③ shall be determined by Presidential Decree.
