Article 23-15 (Duties of the Corporation)
제23조의15 공단의 책무

공단은 중소기업퇴직연금기금제도 가입자에 대하여 중소기업퇴직연금기금제도 운영 상황 등 대통령령으로 정하는 사항에 대하여 매년 1회 이상 교육을 실시하여야 한다.
The Corporation shall, at least once a year, provide education to members of the Small and Medium Enterprise Retirement Pension Fund System on matters prescribed by Presidential Decree, such as the operational status of the Small and Medium Enterprise Retirement Pension Fund System.
공단은 매년 중소기업퇴직연금기금제도의 취급실적, 운용현황 및 수익률 등을 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 공시하여야 한다.
The Corporation shall, in accordance with Presidential Decree, disclose annually the performance, operational status, and profitability of the Small and Medium Enterprise Retirement Pension Fund System.
공단은 중소기업퇴직연금기금표준계약서 내용이 변경된 때에는 고용노동부장관이 정하는 바에 따라 사용자 및 가입자에게 그 변경 사항을 통보하여야 한다.
When the content of the Standard Contract for the Small and Medium Enterprise Retirement Pension Fund System is changed, the Corporation shall notify employers and members of the changes in accordance with the rules prescribed by the Minister of Employment and Labor.
그 밖에 공단의 책무에 관한 사항은 제33조제1항부터 제4항까지를 준용한다. 이 경우 "퇴직연금사업자"는 "공단"으로, "제28조제1항 및 제29조제1항에 따른 계약의 내용"은 "제23조의5제1항 각 호에 따른 계약의 내용"으로, "제28조제1항에 따른 운용관리업무의 수행계약 체결을 거부하는 행위" 및 "제29조제1항에 따른 자산관리업무의 수행계약 체결을 거부하는 행위"는 각각 "제23조의6에 따른 계약의 체결을 거부하는 행위"로 본다.
Matters concerning other duties of the Corporation shall apply mutatis mutandis to Articles 33 (1) through (4). In this case, 'retirement pension provider' shall be deemed 'the Corporation', 'the content of the contract pursuant to Articles 28 (1) and 29 (1)' shall be deemed 'the content of the contract pursuant to Article 23-5 (1) subparagraphs', and 'actions refusing to enter into a contract for the performance of operational management duties pursuant to Article 28 (1)' and 'actions refusing to enter into a contract for the performance of asset management duties pursuant to Article 29 (1)' shall be deemed 'actions refusing to enter into a contract pursuant to Article 23-6', respectively.
