제33조 고용정보의 제공 및 고용 지원 기반의 구축 등

고용노동부장관은 사업주 및 피보험자등에 대한 구인ㆍ구직ㆍ훈련 등 고용정보의 제공, 직업ㆍ훈련 상담 등 직업지도, 직업소개, 고용안정ㆍ직업능력개발에 관한 기반의 구축 및 그에 필요한 전문 인력의 배치 등의 사업을 할 수 있다. <개정 2010.6.4>
The Minister of Employment and Labor may carry out projects such as providing employment information including recruitment, job seeking, and training to employers and insured persons, etc., vocational guidance including vocational and training counseling, job placement, and establishing infrastructure for employment stabilization and vocational ability development, and deploying specialized personnel necessary for them. <Amended on June 4, 2010>
고용노동부장관은 필요하다고 인정하면 제1항에 따른 업무의 일부를 「직업안정법」 제4조의4에 따른 민간직업상담원에게 수행하도록 할 수 있다. <개정 2010.6.4>
If the Minister of Employment and Labor deems it necessary, he or she may have a part of the tasks under paragraph 1 performed by private vocational counselors under Article 4-4 of the 「Employment Security Act」. <Amended on June 4, 2010>
