이 법에 따른 보험사업에 드는 비용을 충당하기 위하여 징수하는 보험료와 그 밖의 징수금에 대하여는 고용산재보험료징수법으로 정하는 바에 따른다. <개정 2021.1.5>
Premiums and other charges collected to cover the costs of insurance projects under this Act shall be governed by the Act on the Collection of Employment and Industrial Accident Insurance Premiums. <Amended on Jan. 5, 2021>
고용산재보험료징수법 제13조제1항제1호에 따라 징수된 고용안정ㆍ직업능력개발 사업의 보험료 및 실업급여의 보험료는 각각 그 사업에 드는 비용에 충당한다. 다만, 실업급여의 보험료는 제55조의2제1항에 따른 국민연금 보험료의 지원, 제70조제1항에 따른 육아휴직 급여의 지급, 제73조의2제1항에 따른 육아기 근로시간 단축 급여의 지급, 제75조ㆍ제76조의2에 따른 출산전후휴가 급여등 및 제77조의4ㆍ제77조의9에 따른 출산전후급여등의 지급에 드는 비용에 충당할 수 있다. <개정 2012.2.1, 2019.1.15, 2021.1.5>
Insurance premiums for employment stabilization and vocational skills development projects and insurance premiums for unemployment benefits collected under Article 13 (1) 1 of the Act on the Collection of Employment and Industrial Accident Insurance Premiums shall be used to cover the costs of the respective projects. However, insurance premiums for unemployment benefits may be used to cover the costs of support for national pension insurance premiums under Article 55-2 (1), payment of parental leave benefits under Article 70 (1), payment of reduced working hours benefits during childcare periods under Article 73-2 (1), benefits related to maternity leave etc. under Articles 75 and 76-2, and payment of benefits related to maternity leave etc. under Articles 77-4 and 77-9. <Amended on Feb. 1, 2012, Jan. 15, 2019, Jan. 5, 2021>
제2항에도 불구하고 자영업자인 피보험자로부터 고용산재보험료징수법 제49조의2에 따라 징수된 고용안정ㆍ직업능력개발 사업의 보험료 및 실업급여의 보험료는 각각 자영업자인 피보험자를 위한 그 사업에 드는 비용에 충당한다. 다만, 실업급여의 보험료는 자영업자인 피보험자를 위한 제55조의2제1항에 따른 국민연금 보험료의 지원에 드는 비용에 충당할 수 있다. <신설 2011.7.21, 2019.1.15, 2021.1.5>
Notwithstanding paragraph (2), insurance premiums for employment stabilization and vocational skills development projects and insurance premiums for unemployment benefits collected from insured self-employed persons under Article 49-2 of the Act on the Collection of Employment and Industrial Accident Insurance Premiums shall be used to cover the costs of the respective projects for the insured self-employed persons. However, insurance premiums for unemployment benefits may be used to cover the costs of support for national pension insurance premiums under Article 55-2 (1) for the insured self-employed persons. <Newly established on Jul. 21, 2011, Amended on Jan. 15, 2019, Jan. 5, 2021>
