육아휴직 급여에 관하여는 제62조를 준용한다. 이 경우 "구직급여"는 "육아휴직 급여"로 본다. <개정 2011.7.21>
With regard to parental leave benefits, Article 62 shall apply mutatis mutandis. In this case, "job-seeking allowance" shall be deemed "parental leave benefits". <Amended by Act No. 10849, Jul. 21, 2011>
육아기 근로시간 단축 급여에 관하여는 제62조, 제71조 및 제73조를 준용한다. 이 경우 제62조 중 "구직급여"는 "육아기 근로시간 단축 급여"로 보고, 제71조 및 제73조 중 "육아휴직"은 각각 "육아기 근로시간 단축"으로 본다. <신설 2011.7.21, 2021.1.5>
With regard to benefits for reduced working hours during the childcare period, Articles 62, 71, and 73 shall apply mutatis mutandis. In this case, "parental leave" in Article 62 shall be deemed "reduced working hours during the childcare period", and "parental leave" in Articles 71 and 73 shall be deemed "reduced working hours during the childcare period", respectively. <Newly Inserted by Act No. 10849, Jul. 21, 2011, Act No. 17927, Jan. 5, 2021>
